Discover: Kalimna Park

Located on the south side of Evans Head, Kalimna Park marks the original river crossing and beginning of the track to the goldfields from 1880.

Kalimna is a shaded, grassy reserve offering free BBQ facilities with river views, a brand new amenities block and parking for most types of vehicles. Access to the riverfront is available in the park making it a great location to launch the kayak and enjoy the calm and crystal clear waters of the Evans River.
