Located in the heart of Evans Head alongside the beautiful Evans River, the Evans River foreshore picnic area is a great place to host a picnic, barbeque, birthday celebration or simply just relax under one of the shady trees and enjoy the wonderful scenery. The river is idea for swimmers of all ages and is the perfect spot to stop and have a dip.

The picnic area features three covered gazebos with picnic tables and two central electric barbeques. Public toilets and beach showers are located within 50 metres of the park.

Footpaths line the river, so while you’re there take a peaceful stroll along the water and take in the picturesque views.
