Discover: Broadwater Inland Lookout

Situated between the villages of Broadwater and Evans Head, the Broadwater Inland Lookout boasts 180 degree views of the Richmond Valley coastline, headlands, marshland and coastal heaths. The short 10 minute hike takes you through the native bush land of Broadwater National Park where you will be surrounded by grass trees, coastal banksia, eucalyptus, wattle and bottlebush trees.

Access to the scenic lookout walking track is located on the Broadwater – Evans Head Road and is approximately 1 kilometre south of the Broadwater Beach turnoff (heading towards Evans Head). A large sign for Broadwater National Park marks the beginning of the walk.
